    As the winter season is upon us, weather conditions and traveling can become a problem. If schools close because roads become to dangerous to travel, tempertures are at a severe low and you feel that is unsafe, you should contact your employers to inform them that you are unable to come to work. Also, contact me via REMIND, email, or phone to report your absence. Your safety is always our 1st concern.

  • TAKE PRECAUTIONS

    As the number of COVID cases surges and flu season, I want to remind everyone of precautions you can take to lessen your chances of becoming sick. It is important to protect yourself and others. 

    1. Wash your hands often

    2. Avoid close contact

    3. Wear a mask

    4. Stay at home if you are sick

    If you do become sick, please contact your employer and the school to report your absence.

  • REMOTE DAYS

    For any reason Steel Center would have to close, your CTE program will operate under remote instruction. Your instructor will provide directions for the daily assignment(s) to be completed. If a closure occurs on your scheduled school return day, be sure to check the class canvas page for details or email your instructor.
